At Occidental Leather, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our American-made tool belts and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused leather goods in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label to ensure tracked and insured delivery back to our facility.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
